Lawsuits Between Elon Musk’s X and Music Publishers Dismissed on the Same Day

X and the NMPA have mutually dismissed their dueling lawsuits with prejudice. The NMPA originally sued for $250 million over copyright infringement, while X countered with an antitrust suit. Both sides will now cover their own legal costs.
