Report: Primary Wave’s Kobalt Acquisition is Complete

Primary Wave has officially closed its ten-figure acquisition of Kobalt from Francisco Partners. The deal includes Kobalt's global operations, owned copyrights, and digital collection society amra, uniting two of the world's largest independent music companies.
