Sony in Talks to Acquire Recognition Music Group for Up to $4B

Sony Music Group is reportedly negotiating a $4B acquisition of Blackstone-owned Recognition Music Group. Backed by Singapore fund GIC, the deal includes over 45,000 songs from artists like Beyonce and Justin Bieber.
